Gone are the days when record labels would support their newly signed talents in shaping their artistry, and assist in creating roadmaps that would help them to become better performers and songwriters. Labels no longer have "artist development" departments. Instead, they expect talent to be fully developed, performance and business wise, before they will even consider signing them.
But how does one become "fully developed"? What does the development entail? We're glad you asked!
Our bespoke Artist Development Packages, which are personally structured by our very talented and experienced producers, will help the vocalists build a solid foundation to work from and provide the tools needed to continue to develop as an artist in the music industry. By working with a shared goal and vision, our producers will take the vocalists' artistry to the next level, and additionally supply them with songs ready to pitch to publishers and labels!
Our producers only work with hand-selected vocalists they believe have the talent to make hit records, and strive to do just that in every session--make a hit record! The unique process of our producers is exciting to experience, and you will never want to make music any other way again!
In addition to the songwriting/production sessions, the artist development packages are tailored to the needs of each artist. From recording, mixing, and mastering of songs, facilitating songs produced to be released and pitched to labels, to guidance with live performances, consultation of music business practices and publishing, to consultation and guidance with brand imaging and style, to career goal setting and planning, to being a liaison with outside vendors and advisors, to providing guidance with music industry networking and events, supervising with photoshoots and music video shoots, to crafting DJ remixes for major dance labels, and even more; we are able to provide the structure necessary for the artist to become the "total package."
*For vocalists who do not additionally write, our production team will create songs that fit your voice, style, and fanbase.
